He made his dream of owning his own business a reality in November of 2018 by purchasing a food trailer. Josh was raised in a multi-cultural family that loved to cook daily, which has inspired different menus that blend a love of family cooking with a twist on classic food truck fare. This year he will feature a classic Mexican menu. He also offers an assortment of catering menu options.
